at first blush wedding planning

Naomi Wilson, At First Blush Co.

Naomi's fascination with events and design began at an early age. As she watched her parents renovate their home and host the occasional fete, her love of design and event planning grew. In 2009 she launched At First Blush & Co. Events, a modern boutique event planning company.  Naomi focuses on creating weddings that are simple yet beautiful in their design. Her design philosophy comes from three core beliefs; the beauty of simplicity, the importance of engaging the senses, and the telling of a story through the design and execution of an event.

Naomi is an avid world traveler and she enjoys immersing herself in different cultures and often draws inspiration from her experiences abroad. Naomi dedicates her time to designing weddings and editorials, writing, crossing off items on her bucket list, and taking care of a rather spoiled but adorable Bichon Frise named Jake.

We can't wait to have Naomi share her knowledge on the wedding industry and business ownership with us on our panel!

prairie letter shop

Alex Bray, Prairie Lettershop

Alex was surrounded by creativity growing up! As the daughter of a teacher/crafter mom and a film executive dad, it makes perfect sense that she would end up as a teacher-turned-creative entrepreneur. Her love for lettering was apparent early on; she lettered her aunt’s wedding invitations at the age of 12. After a  few more years teaching, Alex took a leap of faith that landed her in the middle of the country, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she began work as a teacher trainer. Needing a creative outlet, she opened an etsy shop and fast forward to June 1, 2015, she opened Prairie Letter Shop full-time!

We can't wait to learn from Alex during our calligraphy session and take in her wisdom at our Q&A panel. Not only is she talented, but she radiates pure joy and kindness!

amy osaba events

Amy Osaba, Amy Osaba Events

A self-taught designer, you could say that flowers found Amy rather than the other way around. After a successful career as a professional ballet dancer, Amy's innate sense of movement, grace and grand vision translated seamlessly to the magical world of florals and design. At first glance, her signature work evokes a sense of loose, wild abandon while her keen eye and desire for precision have cemented her reputation as one of the South's most sought-after event designers. She believes in the power of good fun and strong females to make the world go round, which we love!

We are excited to welcome back Amy for the third time to teach out floral design hands-on session as well as create florals for our styled wedding shoot AND be a knowledgable and fun addition to our panel of experts.

jojamie hahr

JoJamie Hahr, BBR Music Group

We met this beautiful soul on a plane home from Bloom Bash Dallas last year. This was right after the shooting in Vegas, so when we got to talking with this sweet woman next to us and learned she's the VP of marketing at Jason Aldean's record label, we knew we had to exchange contacts.

JoJamie is VP/Marketing at BBR MUSIC GROUP, a BMG company, leading four record label imprints working with artists such as Jason Aldean, Trace Adkins, Kid Rock, and over 20 up and coming artists.  Having spent over 20 years in the music business with stops at radio and several other labels, she has worked with artists like Florida Georgia Line, Brantley Gilbert, Thomas Rhett, and more. The music industry has been an exciting and fulfilling industry to be a part of for so long.

We're thrilled to have JoJamie on our panel to give insight into marketing, social media, your sphere of influence, branding, and more!
